Brief Description: Enlarged Fuel Line Holes/Spar Bolt Torque Value
The fuel line holes in the sides of the fuselage were enlarged to 3/4". The holes need to be 1" diameter.
I picked up a foot-pound torque wrench from Dave Manning. I calculated the torque value for NAS 1306 (3/8") bolts with AN365 bolts to be 390 in-lbs, or 32.5 ft-lbs. A few bolts were tightened to approximately that value, then checked with the torque wrench.
