The cowling was removed and covered. The engine compartment was covered and bagged, in preparation of clearcoating the fuselage. The cockpit was unmasked and remasked. Walt Halloran sprayed the fuselage with two coats of clearcoat and then sprayed the top of the fuselage with an additional coat.
