Brief Description: Carb Heat Box Deck Center Drilled Out
The deck's center was drilled out. The edges were smoothed with files and then the Scotchbrite pad in the die grinder. An extension was also drilled out for the ram air door control handle. This area was marked on the inlet.
A length of .050" X 3/4" was cut and smoothed. This will serve as the ram air door control handle. The piece had a 90 degree bend placed in it.
