Brief Description:  Made Fusible Links for Dynon Ammeter Shunt

Using the 26 gauge wire and terminals supplied by Aerotronics, two fusible links were made by crimping them to the Amps High and Amps Low wires from the EMS-120. The 26 gauge wire was stripped and doubled over. The wires were crimped together in butt splices and heat-shrink applied over the splices and terminals. The wires were then screwed to the ammeter shunt. The Amps High wire was placed on the lower terminal and the Amps Low wire was placed on the higher terminal. The higher terminal will have 8 gauge wire from the master relay and the alternator CB. The lower terminal will have the 8 gauge from the alternator.
