Brief Description:  Worked on Engine Wiring

Steve Volimonovic looked over the wires and suggested that the shrinkwrap be split off one side of each of the EGT and CHT thermocouple terminals. The shrinkwrap had been placed over the terminal ends. We separated the terminals and pulled them back thru the pass-through. The wires for the left cylinders were run thru the cockpit and the pedal support bracket, then thru the new pass-through on the left side of the cockpit.

Steve gave me many suggestions on how to run the wires to the engine and how to pull up the slack on long wires. We came up with a location for the ammeter shunt, right side of the firewall next to the battery, and the Dynon fuel flow transducer, on a bracket on the left side of the firewall. We also looked at how to clamp the ignition wires, EGT/CHT wires and the Tanis wires from the two forward cylinders.

The Tanis preheat wires were laid in place around the engine to see how everything comes together with the ignition, CHT, and EGT wiring.
