Brief Description:  Laid out New Position for Oil Cooler

I had received another replacement baffle 360-6-5 for the oil cooler, as well as the aft left side baffle, 360-6-4. I decided to start all over on the oil cooler installation because of interference problems with the engine mount. I am using Van's plans for the oil cooler mount and utilizing a 6061-T6 angle bracket of 1x1x1/8" for reinforcing the corner. Hopefully, this will prevent cracking of the baffles.

I laid out the location of the oil cooler doubler on the rear baffle. The two new baffles were drilled to each other at the top and bottom. The plenum was laid in place and the location of the top was marked on the aft baffle. The angle bracket was cut to length and the ends were smoothed out on the Scotchbrite wheel. The bracket was drilled to the baffle with the bolt hole.
