Brief Description:  Drilled Hole in Firewall for Pass-Through

I drilled a 1 1/8" hole in the firewall for a pass-through. A hole cutter in a portable drill was used with a board on the back side for backing. A lot of cutting oil was used! The edges were smoothed out with the die grinder and then #19 holes were drilled in the firewall for the screws. The pass-through and doubler were screwed together and the nuts were marked with torque seal. The EGT and CHT wires were run thru the pass-through.
