I installed the throttle cable to the control lever on the carb. The spacer on the throttle bolt had to be shortened. The bolt was torqued and marked with torque seal. I took another look at the mixture control hookup at the carb lever and noted that the bolt had about five thread showing. I added another AN960-10 washer on that bolt and torqued the bolt, then marked it with torque seal.
I reinstalled the hose and clamps on the steel tubes bracing the exhaust pipes. The hose was removed in order to drill the holes in the firewall for the pass-throughs.
I removed one of the intake pipe bolts on each pipe. The Tanis cylinder heat element replaces that bolt on each cylinder. I need new lock washers for the heat element to be tightened in place.
