Brief Description: Drilled Oil Cooler Mini-Plenum to New Baffle
I used the replacement baffle to lay out the location of the mini-plenum on it and the corner bracket behind cylinder #4. The mini-plenum will be riveted to the baffle and the baffle will be bolted to the aft corner bracket and screwed to the fiberglass plenum. The riveting of the mini-plenum will be a combination of AN426 and AN470 rivets, depending upon the location. The cooler doubler was drilled to the brackets for the bolts and nutplates that will be riveted under the brackets to hold the cooler on.
