Brief Description:  Enlarged Holes in Baffling and Plenum

I finished drilling the baffling to the plenum with the #40 bit. I clamped the the aft right corner baffles together and drilled the two pieces together. The baffling was taken off and the holes were deburred. Using the Dremel, the right and aft right baffles were trimmed and the edges cleaned up. The aft right baffle was removed and I noticed that there was another attaching screw that did not have a screw in it. I placed the baffle back in place and installed both bolts. Adding the second screw changed the hole alignment on the aft right corner flanges and so I drilled new holes, rather than attempting to salvage the existing holes. I enlarged all of the holes with a #30 bit. I made a spacer of .050," placed it between the two flanges in the aft right corner, and drilled new holes in the flanges. I cut off a length of .063 X 3/4 X 3/4" angle bracket to fit into the aft left corner for reinforcement and rounded off the corner to have it fit better. The screw hole on the left side is very close to the edge of the bracket, so I might use a doubler on top of the bracket to support the screw.
