Brief Description: Laid Plenum Inside of the Baffling
I took the side baffles off and the fit of the bolt reinforcements. I used the Scotchbrite wheel to trim the reinforcements. The pilot holes in the reinforcements were marked on the baffles. The baffles were removed and the reinforcements were drilled to the baffles. The holes were dimpled and the reinforcements were then riveted to the baffles. The plenum was placed in place inside of the baffling sides to see how it fits. A lot of the baffling sides will have to be trimmed off around the plenum. The Dremel was used to trim part of the front of the plenum flashing. The back left corner baffling was clamped into place.
