Brief Description:  Riveted Instrument Panel Brackets/Firewall Holes

I riveted the three outer brackets to the top skin. These brackets are used to screw the instrument panel to the top skin. I drew a centerline on the firewall flange.

The top skin was clecoed to the fuselage. I used new #40 drill bits to drill holes thru most of the firewall flange. I kept dipping the bit in cutting oil before each new hole to help the bit get thru the stainless. A drill bit only lasts about 12-15 holes.
