I clecoed the aft top skin in place in preparation of riveting. I marked the exterior of the skin for locations that I thought might need spacers between the bulkhead flanges and the skin. I enlarged a few holes with a #30 bit, planning to use Oops rivets in those holes. I drilled the front line of the doubler up to #30.
