Brief Description: Made Bolt Stand for Adel Clamp/Cabin Heat Control
I drilled a 3/16'' hole in the instrument shelf for an AN3-15A bolt, left side between the light dimmer and the AOA. I used two AN970-3 washers: one under the head of the bolt on the top side of the shelf, and one at the end of the bolt. I made a 3/16'' ID tube one inch long to go over the bolt and stabilize the bottom washer. I also placed a 5702-75-60 washer at each end of the tube and SuperGlued them to the tube. I placed an Adel clamp for the cabin heat cable next to washer and added a locknut. This should support the cable. I shortened the cable and attached it to the heater vent and tightened the screw.
Bernie suggested that the smoke system tank be rotated 90° to make filling the tank easier. Visitor-Bernie Ockuly
