Brief Description: Worked with Andair Gascolator Bracket
I took the gascolator bracket off the firewall and deburred all of the holes. I investigated different possibilities of attaching the Andair gascolator to the firewall. I don't see how I can use the Andair bracket that I purchased. I anticipate making a bracket from a .163" 2x2.5" angle and bolting it to the firewall/gascolator bracket.
I will rivet four K1000-3 nutplates to the gascolator bracket and use an 822-6 fitting going thru the firewall. I will bolt the gascolator to the bracket using AN3 bolts.
10/30-Changed my mind, I will rivet the bracket to the gascolator bracket.
