I riveted the canopy slide rail and track together using the pneumatic squeezer. I used two AN426-3-6 rivets but they were too short, even though the plans called for their use. I then used 3-7 for the rest of the riveting. The squeezer squeezed the rivets and filled the countersunk holes, but a little of the shop head hung out from the surface. I ran the rail on the Scotchbrite wheel to smooth out the shop heads. I drilled the C-661 canopy slide block to the Canopy frame with the 3/16" bit. I then drilled the slide block with a #10 bit to make the bolt fit better with the shrinkage of the plastic block. I deburred the holes and installed the bolt. I placed the canopy on the tracks and ran the slide block thru the rail. I duct-taped the rail/track to the top of the fuselage.
