Brief Description: Right Fuel Vent Tube/Aux Fuel Pump Doubler
I completed the bending of the new fuel vent tube for the right side. I added the AN nuts and then flared the ends, This one looks much better! I reworked the left fuel vent tube to clean up the bends. I drilled four #19 holes along the vent tube path. I will attach Adel clamps at these points. I needed to order #8 nuts and washers so that I can fasten the screws to the brackets, so I ordered some from Aircraft Spruce.
I taped the aux fuel pump doubler in place and drilled it to the firewall with a #40 bit. The holes in the doubler were then countersunk.
I swept out the fuselage.
