Bolted the shoulder harness cables to the anchors. I placed one washer between each clevis bolt and the anchors and then torqued the AN4 bolts to about 60 in-lbs. I put the upper baggage bulkhead cover in place to check angle of both shoulder harness cables. Took off the left elevator and used the die grinder to smooth down one rivet that rubs the leading edge of the elevator in the full-up position. Took off the forward seat floor panels and enlarged the control stick openings at the forward edge with a cutoff wheel in the Dremel. Smoothed edges with the die grinder. Bolted the control rod for the roll servo to the right control stick.
