Brief Description: Positioned Steel Straps to Pedals/Inst Subpanel Wo
I cut two more strips of the steel strap at 2 3/4" length and rounded off the ends using the Scotchbrite wheel. Replaced the wire ties with tie wraps betw/the pedals and the cables. Used the drill press to drill 3/16'' holes in the steel straps. I temporarily replaced the tie wraps with the straps. Enlarged the top of the map box opening in the instrument subpanel by 1/4'' with the Dremel cutoff wheel. Cleaned up the edges with the die grinder. Drilled a hole in the subpanel above the map box opening for the Dynon EMS wire bundle with a unibit. Enlarged it to a 5/8'' hole and installed a bushing. Drilled two 3/8'' holes at the top of the left F-604 side bulkhead one inch below each other for the headset jacks. I tightened the washers and rod-end bearings on the F-690 control rod and applied torque seal.
