Brian and I bought R-13 insulation, 15'' wide. We installed five rolls and Jeff showed up and pointed out that I should have bought 24'' wide strips. We took the other ten rolls back and exchanged them for the wider strips.
I spent about $175 on the insulation. Jeff said that would be applied against the rent.
