Brief Description: Installed Components for Smoke Reservoir Installat
Started to install smoke system components. Drilled 3/8'' hole in aft corner end of right bracket, F-622, just in front of F-624. This is for an SB375-3 bushing for the tank vent. Drilled five #30 holes in the bottom of the fuselage for the vent fitting. Applied some RTV to the vent fitting and then riveted the vent fitting to the fuselage. I used the supplied solid pop-rivets to rivet the vent fitting. Drilled the tank brackets to the right baggage floor and ribs and installed K1000-08 nutplates in each corner of the tank brackets.
