Drilled pilot holes in right comm antenna bracket. Drilled bracket to skin in right outboard bay aft of the spar. Drilled the bracket to the skin with #40 bit. These holes will be dimpled. Drilled the center hole for the BNC connector up to 1/2'' with the Unibit. The BNC connector is positioned 6'' aft of the flange. Drilled the antenna screw holes up to #19. Used nutplate jig to drill all holes in both brackets for nutplates for the antenna screws. Deburred all holes and dimpled all holes in the brackets. Used pneumatic squeezer to rivet nutplates to both brackets. Drilled pilot holes in transponder bracket. Drilled bracket to skin in third bay from the right outboard bay aft of the spar. Drilled the bracket to the skin with #40 bit. Drilled the hole for the BNC connector to 1/2'' diameter with the Unibits. Deburred all holes and dimpled all holes in the bracket. Cut the corners off the transponder nameplate so it does not interfere with the rivets.
