Brief Description: Doublers for Flap Bearing Blocks/Flap Covers
I made up a longer spacer to be placed under the rib flange for the center bearing block nutplate to be riveted to. I drilled new holes for the nutplate and dimpled all holes. Dimpled all holes in the other nutplate, as well as holes in both flanges. Riveted nutplates to spacers and then riveted spacers to the flanges. Trimmed a corner off the aft left floor panel where the center bearing block will sit. Clecoed or screwed both baggage panels, aft floor panels, and center panels in place. Installed the flap actuator with bolts in all bearing blocks. Installed flap channels in place. Trimmed part of F-605 flap side covers for placement over flap actuator.
