Brief Description: Drilled Right Front Floor Panel to Ribs
Drilled right front floor to ribs by first measuring centers of ribs and drilling #40 pilot holes in floor. After all holes were checked for accuracy, the holes were drilled up to #30, then #19 size. Deburred all holes in floor and ribs. Had to take both aft floor pieces and left front piece out 2-3 times to check alignment. Vacuumed out fuselage. Used nutplate jig to drill #40 holes in the ribs. Dimpled all holes with pneumatic squeezer. Did not drill holes in rib that will be modified for control stick, other than the aft-most hole.
