Brief Description: Drilled Aft Flap Brace/Installed Baggage Center Co
Drilled bolt holes first to pilot holes, then to proper size of 3/16'' in F-661EF bushing blocks. Installed baggage center cover. Cut angle to 4'' and trimmed corners. Drilled angle to EF-602 and positioned both on baggage floor. Drilled pilot holes at top of EF-602. Used angle drill and stubby #40 bit to drill EF-602 to F-605C. Drilled these two holes to #19. Deburred all holes. Drilled #40 holes in EF-602 for nutplates. Drilled pilot holes in angle and then drilled #40 holes thru angle, baggage center cover and floor. Checked clearance of these holes because nutplates will have to be installed on ribs. The existing nutplates in that area are interfering with riveting another nutplate on each rib unless a one-sided nutplate, MS21051-L08, is used. That is my plan, but will need to order more if I use the ones on hand.
