Brief Description: Riveted Nutplates at Aft Baggage Flange
Placed baggage floor and aft bulkhead in place. Used angle drill and #19 bit to drill holes along bulkhead flange. Used nutplate jig to drill holes for rivets. Deburred and dimpled all holes. Used peumatic squeezer to install nutplates in baggage bulkhead floor. Used two MS21051-L08 nutplates at aft end of baggage center plate holes on ribs and flange. They have the two rivet holes on the same side.
Trimmed cardboard template to fit into left aft floor skin position.
