Brief Description: Installed Baggage Center Plate/Rotary Buckle Repla
Initially I had the aft end of the baggage floor skins under the flange, as they had been installed on the QB before I took them out. I decided to lay them on top and under the baggage bulkhead flange. Centered and positioned F-648 center plate in place. Screwed the baggage bulkhead in place.
Received replacement seat belt rotary buckles and new crotch straps from Hooker Harness. Inserted buckles to the right side seat belt on each side.
