Met with Jeff Paden re using his barn. Terms are $150/month, plus electric bill. Prepay rent to cover cost of materials, possibly as high as $2.000,
Need to clean out shop, then lay concrete for a floor. Insulation, walls, and ceiling then need to go in. Jeff will let me use his drill press, band saw, and belt sander. Need to get a compressor (home) and tool chest (purchased 1/8). Build stands for engine, grinder.
