Brief Description: Worked on Fuselage Bulkhead F-609/Drilled Hole in
Drilled F-609 bulkhead to F-614 and to longerons. Drilled pilot holes in F-609 for top fuselage skin. Deburred all holes. Used a 2 1/2'' hole cutter to cut out two holes in F-609 bulkhead. Used die grinder to smooth out edges.
Completed from 11/30/07-''Found that left side of fuselage skin near bulkhead F-609 had one hole not drilled in skin. The hole was drilled thru longeron. Need to drill hole thru skin, dimple it and rivet.''--Drilled hole thru skin; deburred; dimpled skin w/pop-rivet puller.
Used Scothbrite wheel to clean up edges of rudder pedals and pedal brackets, F-6117A's.
