Brief Description:  Drilling and installing right wing aileron/flap hi

Did a final alignment check. Budd D mentioned that a previous builder had reduced some of the adverse yaw on his second Bearhawk by shimming the aileron up a bit. The hinges were too riding high on the aileron spar so I opted to shim about 1/8" to move holes down from top edge of aileron spar.

Drilled holes and installed platenuts for hinges in flap. First hinge, installed platenuts aligned straigt up and down. DID NOT LEAVE enough room to use counter sink tool. All other platenuts installed rotatated inward.

Removed right aileron to install hinges. Hinges were not clamped straight. Had to re-install aileron, align everything again and re-clamp. Removed and started to drill 3/16" holes for hinge plate mounting. NEED a long bit to clear nose of aileron!
