Brief Description: Mount Ailerons & Flaps for fit and rigging
Mounting ailerons and flaps to verify control cable clearances and make up cables.
Verified aileron balance tube weights:
Right = 83.6 oz with target of 84 oz (5 lb - 4 oz) Left = 83.5 oz after drilling out 2.5 oz
Installed flaps and ailerons. With wing jig board in position, flap is slightly low when flap pushrod shortened as much as possible. Appears to be too low by about 1/8".
