Brief Description: EZ'r reach flap handle

Modified flap handle for just a little easier reach for first two knotches. Bent a 5/16" x .028 tube at 60 deg for and EZ flap reach. Also completed the pushtube by cleaning some interference issues and welding the the end cap on using .040" material. Installed the elevators and rudder in prep for modifications to Horizontal Stabilizer strut brace.
