Moved inboard flap arm to correct position. Consensus is "halfway". I lined up the inside edge of the flap arm on the center of the rear wing attach bolt. I marked the torque tubes at the bearings. Pulled the torque tube inboard and sanded the paint off the torque tube at bearing locations. Applied Lubriplate 630-AA to bare metal at bearing loacations.
