Brief Description:  Began assembling the fuselage jig

Today, I continued to clean up the shop some more, but mostly worked on building the fuselage jig. There are a lot of measurements here, but I used several squares to ensure the frame was well, square. There is still some work to be done, as I am going to attach angle material to the legs, and bolt them to the floor with concrete anchors. The jig will actually live on the other side of the shop, but there are wings and a big table there right now. After I have it "loosely" in its place, I will attach the gussets, and REALLY start leveling it with the laser and plumbobs. There appears to be very little "wracking" needed for the jig. It sure pays to go through the lumber stack with painstaking care to find two perfect 16' 2X6's.

Hopefully in the next few days, the ground dries up enough that I can get the wings out of the shop, and give away my big rolling table. It worked great for the wings, but now it's just in the way.
