Been pretty busy the last 10 days doing other stuff, but over that time, I WAS able to do a little fiberglass work. I have measured and trimmed and cut and filed and fit many times, the right wingtip. No pictures until tonight, as there wasn't much that was worthy of photos.
At the end of tonight, though, the tip was completely drilled to the wing, and clecoed. The trailing edge of the wingtip originally extended almost .4" beyond the trailing edge of the aileron. I used a straight edge to cut off the excess to match the aileron. Looks great, but needs some sanding to match the aileron trailing edge radius.
At this time, the tip is ready to come back off, and install the W-412 reinforcement rib. About 40 nutplates are next, then reinstall!
