Brief Description:  Assembling the RH wing skeleton with perm. hardwar

Well, finally back in the saddle again. Due to some conflicts, the wings had been stored to the side for 8 months. I am finally able to get back to work.

Until now, the RH wing skeleton had been assembled with just clecos. I made sure that I had all the nose rib angles completed, and ready for installation. I elongated a hole on the nose rib forward of the aileron bellcrank rib back in March, so I still need to fabricate a new angle, and prime a few more. I WAS able to get all the inboard ribs permanently installed, with blind rivets and AN bolts. I actually dislike using torque putty, but I do NOT want to forget which bolts I have and have not torqued. All nuts with orange torque putty on them HAVE been torqued.
