Brief Description: Ran pitot line, cut sheet for top wing skins, rive
I started today by fabricating and installing the pitot line in the left wing. About the time I finished the flare and hooked it up, Allen came by. Since I had help, took care of some logistical matters that required 2 people. I cut the .032" sheet that I bought the other day to make the top wing skins, and stored them away behind the wing jig. I reworked one of the arms of my aluminum wing jig to give me a few more inches of working area, as it was too close before. Hung the left wing back in the jig. It is now ready to be squared up to fit the main skin. I'll fit the top skin first, then the bottom. I'll rivet them on in the same order. As the right wing skeleton was just clecoed, I need to rivet together. I finished today by riveting on all the inboard reinforcements. Tomorrow after work, I hope to at least finish the rear spar.
