36 hrs after sealing the endplates with Proseal, did the balloon test with Vans kit. Balloon deflated in <30 mins, but soap * water testing found the balloon was not tight around vent fitting. Used a better clamp and bingo - worked great and no leaking. Did the same on the Lt tank and it was solid for 4+ hrs so moved ahead with the tank prep to mount.
Will have a sore shoulder from screwing both tanks on the wings, about 90 +/- total.
Terminated sensor wires for Vans resistance level and connected the Dynon EMS leads. Checked range of motion on a DMM while tipping the tanks.
Long but productive day. Had Ken and the grand-kids visit for a chance to show them the plane. Great visit!!
