After a couple of bracket 'drafts' - finally got one that seems to be 'about right' for the distance, travel, and angle. The mixture cable is simply threaded through the engine mount tubes to find a route that works.
Did a QuickTime movie and documented the 'latch-up' configuration. Will have to now fabricate a finished product that meets the specs.
