Finally found the info on the Otto switches used in the RV-12 and RV-14, which 'may' be a good choice for the VP-X.
Need to determine power method to light the 'status' LED on these to use them. VP-X switches are not carrying current, just 'grounding' the input pin to send a state-change to the VP-X processor.
