In conversation with Chad J (Vertical Power) it is clear that they will not accomodate any significant discount or support for the 'orphaned' VP-50/100/200 owners. They are willing to offer a 10% discount but ONLY upon surrender of the VP-xxx unit. This is a spit in the ocean of the replacement cost and lost build time to convert at this stage of implementation.
The cost of replacing the blank instrument panel and shipping is barely covered by the discount.
The decision to sell my VP-100 quickly is now affirmed.
