Working while the sun shines - and the garage is warm (yes, Mesa AZ in January in the low 70's). Added a little heater for good measure.
Mark, trim, adjust, mark, trim, adjust. Re-iterate again.
Finally talked Maggie into climbing inside to push up on the aft edge, check edge alignment, and confirm contact evenly with rollbar and canopy bow. Then the cell phone rang, and I couldn't resist a picture of the canopy lit from inside. This was a good way to see 'thru' the plastic and double-check.
I layed out a 'cut' line with tape and called it a night. Thinking of issues before making the 'big cut' - maybe in the morning. Already thought of one thing to check - make sure the rollbar and 'bow' are securely aligned and 'fixed' in proper alignment.
Regardless of the cut, there is lots of 'final' tweaking that will be done after that.
