More little adjustments, getting closer to a good fit.
The aft end of the WD-725 (R&L) is not true and needs a little fabrication to take out the high edge on the bottom edge of the angle. The 'bump' is the result of an angle being 'bend' to achieve a tilt for the aft frame of the canopy. Worked with a belt sander, and file to true the face and prepare it for attachment to the aft canopy frame at a later time. Worked on both R&L rails.
After this the length of the WD-725 (R&L) can be approximated for a first cut to attach to the WD-616 weldment at the front of the canopy. I cut the side rail 'long' and made only the approximate cut. It will get more during alignment. Waiting for the final position of the WD-616 on the hinge mounts. Cut both R&L rails.
