Substituted 062 25783054 "hardened washer" (Vans) for AN6 bolts for the AN9690-616, for the engine mount to FW bolts. The -616 washers actually deformed during the torqueing process. Double-checked the torque limits twice to be sure. Think that the roughness of the engine mount tubes are a factor in friction and pressure on the washers.
Added Adel clamps and secured the starter cable power feed (#2 AWG) and terminated for starter.
The alternator power cable (#6 AWG) is now too short for the new alternator, needs to be replaced.
