Brief Description: Cowl, (Hinges), FAB alt air, engine
Finished the cable for the Alt Air vent on the FAB, Added Adel clamps for the plug wires, Fixed the left hanger for the aft end of the ext tube.
Removed the clecoes from the vertical section (done 24 hrs before) and cleaned-up some lose resin, re-drilled the hinge holes with resin in them, and countersunk the fiberglass. Handed the rivets on the verticals.
Bedded the side & bottom hinges in the lower cowl in micro-balloon resin, and clecoed for the night. Made two new hinge sections for the 'lost' bottom (FW) hinge of the lower cowl and included in the bedding process.
