Cleaned-up the fiberglass residue from the bedding process and riveted the hinges to the upper cowl (only sides). The top/aft edge is the hardest to fit and needs more adjustment before committing to the fiberglass application.
The Vans pins were a little tighter after the rivets but some minor sanding to relieve a few tight spots on the joints were sufficient to improve.
Notched the forward cowl where the pin has a welded tab which will be screwed to the cowl to secure the pins.
Prepared the right wing top skin (yea) for riveting soon. Will have to remove control surfaces to rivet.
