Misc tasks and then worked on the Alternate Air vent for the FAB. Clean a hole in the center and clecoed the vent to the F/G section. Then mixed up a small batch of Proseal and applied to the FAB flange and clecoed the whole assembly ... but the fading sun was ineffective in speeding the cure time. Used a heat gun then left it overnight for follow-up.
Fit the lower cowl checked for clearance on the Vetterman exhaust system but had to make large adjustments to angle of 'tailpipe' section to eliminate contact with cowl. Lots of adjustments and changing the 'hanging' supports. (Still need to re-do some aft hangers, and add heatshield to the inside of the cowl.
