Received the Vans order today with the BAF-360 baffle kit. Very confusing to look at the pieces, so it made sense to do a quick assembly on the floor to test. Actually looks reasonable in that form.
After testing several of the pieces it appears that the aft side is going to be a real challenge, with the conical mount it's not perfect. Will need to have some 'customization'.
Otherwise, the forward components need only a little trimming, and the same for the saide panels. The oil cooler is not being baffle mounted, so that is eliminated. There is some interference but it's minor except for the aft wall. I'll work from the front to the back, and it will define the adjustments required. At this stage it's all a test fit to see where/if there are issues with wiring, hoses, or access.
