Started with #4 cyl and trimmed, deburred and attached that section of baffle, then repeated for #2 cyl. The only interference was in the width of the baffle opening around the rocker gaskets. Match drilled the reinforcement doublers.
Then trimmed some interference on the section behind the starter gear ring, (slight increase in the notch at the case split). Attached the bracket to the top/front case bolt to set height.
Then inserted the left ramp and marked some interference on the front of the case against the ramp, trimmed, deburred. Trimmed off the excess on the bracket under the ramp against the front of case.
Finally clecoed on a portion of the aft panel (left) and looked at the issues with attaching and routing a 4" air tube from baffle to oil cooler.
