Drilled out one rivet and drilled 2nd hole in FW for the sensor manifold to mount. Located the probable position to drill the FW pass-thru fitting for sensor wiring.
Removed the cover plate, did a test fit of pump on crankcase. Will postpone permanently mounting until I'm sure the engine won't be dismounted again.
Tried to find hose routing for connection of the Red Cube on the engine side of the AFP fuel pump, and before the mechanical pump. Bad enough working with the original gascolator layout (already drilled and doubled), but appears impossible if the RV-7A layout for FI is followed. Conflicts are between the relays, and the doubler, and the heater vent. Variations in previous decisions, or -7 vs -6 layouts?
